They were incredibly flexible, tailoring the package for our big day specifically to our needs. Their expertise and support went beyond the day of coordination I so desperately needed. Julia and Nichole became confidants and an integral part of our special day. From questions on wedding etiquette to table seating, site visits, talking me off the edge, creating a timeline and ensuring we stayed on schedule, making sure my Nana and Scott’s parents were well taken care of from start to finish, communicating with the venue and photographer, helping me frantically get florals on tables before the ceremony, to letting me know yes, in fact, we do need a card box and they would bring one for me, there was no obstacle that they couldn’t tackle. The Maine Coastal Events duo made planning a wedding infinitely easier. They surpassed making our wedding run seamlessly in every way.
